We offer direct portals to quickly and easily post your virtual tours on Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillow.

It’s fast, easy and free* (fees may apply to Realtor.com based on your membership status with them).

To Syndicate your tour, go to MY TOURS, select the appropriate tour link and click SYNDICATE (to the right of your tour links). You can also access this screen when you are creating your tour, by clicking on #7 SYNDICATION.

A Couple Quick Notes:

1. Realtor.com – If you are a showcase member with Realtor.com, there is no fee to post your tour. If you are not a showcase member, there is a $25 per tour fee.

2. Trulia and Zillow Syndication – Both these RE websites require you to include a Price, Year Built, Bed, Baths and Square feet. Be sure this information is included under the EDIT TOUR INFORMATION screen, before syndicating.

Syndicate to Realtor.com – Click the SUBMIT NOW to post your tour on Realtor.com. If you have a Showcase membership with Realtor.com, there is no fee. If you do not, there is a $25 fee per tour to post.

You will be asked to enter the MLS #. You will also be asked to provide credit card information. If you are a subscription client, your billing information will already be on file and you do not need to enter any information. If you are a pay-per client, you will need to enter your billing information.

Once you click SUBMIT TO REALTOR.COM – our system will send your virtual tour and confirm if there is a fee to post your tour. Only then, will your card be charged. Although all customers are required to provide billing information, your card WILL NOT BE charged if you are a SHOWCASE member.

Syndicate to Trulia and Zillow – If you have not yet syndicated your tour to these sites…a NOT LIVE note will appear next to each. To syndicate, simply click the START button and verify the property type.

Please allow up to 72 hours for the syndication to occur.
